Shipping Cost: Shipping is free on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 will include a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Areas: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.

Refunds & Returns

Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used pet treats.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
